okay so i am going to start writing what i eat every day because i think it will make me more conscious of what i eat and how to improve my habits.

sooo… intake:

breakfast: nothing

snack: goldfish and pretzels 

lunch: pesto pasta, lemonade water, banana, piece of cake

snack: sparkling water, a few chipotle flavored tortilla chips

dinner: tomato soup and half of a vegan sandwich

wow… that puts things in perspective. that actually is so disgusting.
